Job Description:
This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart A City store in Asaminami-ku, Hiroshima. You will handle cashier and customer service duties, product stocking and ordering, floor display, and store cleaning. As you grow more confident, you can take on floor management responsibilities — with a salary increase system in place to reward your progress. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided from the start so complete beginners are welcome, and the store actively welcomes high school students, homemakers, seniors, and second-job workers. Shifts currently listed are 09:00-15:00, with a minimum of 4 hours per day and 1 day per week. A 30-day training period applies (standard FamilyMart rule), with wages as listed throughout. Car, bicycle, and motorbike commuting are all permitted.
