Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Kani store, a popular udon chain restaurant in Kani, Gifu. Duties are split into small, clearly defined tasks — hall clearing, dishwashing, cashier, udon and tempura cooking, and rice dish preparation — making it easy to learn step by step. A thorough training (研修 kenshuu) system and complete recipe guides mean no prior experience is needed, and career gaps are welcome. Shifts are flexible: weekday lunch, evening only, or full weekend hours are all possible — the shop works around your schedule on a weekly shift request basis. Late-night shifts from 22:00 earn a statutory 25% deep-night premium on top of the base rate. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen for up to 800 yen worth of food per meal. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is covered up to 50,000 yen per month. A minimum contract period of 3 months applies. Hair colour and style are permitted subject to store guidelines confirmed at interview.
