Job Description:
This is a light sorting and packing role arranged through Neo Career Group in Naha, Okinawa, with various worksites within walking distance of Kencho-mae Station. Depending on the assignment, you may sort screws, nails, vegetables, or mail, apply labels, pack items, or perform product inspection — all straightforward tasks covered by a full manual and thorough training (研修 kenshuu). Shifts run between 09:00 and 21:00 in 8-hour blocks, with a night shift option from 18:00 to 03:00; days and start times are flexible and negotiable. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available via smartphone application so you can access your wages whenever you need them. No resume required.
