Job Description:

This is an evening hall and kitchen support role at Nikushoh Sakai Oita Ozai store, a yakiniku restaurant in Oita city. Duties include food delivery to tables, drink preparation, and clearing — orders are placed via touchscreen panels so direct customer interaction is minimal, making this ideal for first-time service workers. Shifts run from 16:00 to midnight, and those who work until closing (ラスト raasuto) receive a staff meal (まかない makanai). Non-students who work 15 or more days per month receive a wage increase to 1,200 yen per hour. Late-night shifts from 22:00 earn 1,312 yen per hour including the statutory deep-night premium. A single-room dormitory (寮 ryou) is available from late September for eligible staff at 30,000 yen per month — a 10-minute walk from the store, with fridge, washing machine, and microwave included and zero initial costs.
