Job Description:
This is a night-shift hall and kitchen staff role at Yoshinoya Okihama-Minami store in Tokushima, a gyudon fast food restaurant open through the night. You will start on the floor taking orders, serving food, and handling checkout, then gradually learn kitchen duties including cooking and plating gyudon and other menu items. Training (研修 kenshuu) runs for approximately 2 months with a complete manual, and the store takes a step-by-step approach — no rush to learn everything at once. The main recruitment shift is 22:00 to 05:00, earning the statutory deep-night rate throughout; an early morning slot from 05:00 to 08:00 is also available at a 100 yen/hour premium on the base rate. Advance payment (速払い hayabarai) is available from the day after your shift, including via electronic money. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 70% off during shifts, and you can buy takeout at 30% off for yourself and family. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in full. No resume required.
