Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Kosugi Hoseido Street store in Nakahara-ku, Kawasaki, a 3-minute walk from Musashi-Kosugi Station on multiple lines. This store is a Kanagawa model location for FamilyMart's ConvenienceWear apparel range, making it a distinctive and busy urban store. You will handle cashier duties, product stocking and ordering, floor display, and cleaning; as you progress to silver badge rank you can handle solo-operation shifts (ワンオペ) with a corresponding wage increase. Wages are performance-based and individually assessed — no two staff on the same shift earn the same rate, with differences of up to 100 yen per hour between colleagues. A 30-day training period applies at the rates listed. Weekend and holiday shifts earn an additional 25 yen or more per hour on top of the base rate. Late-night shifts (22:00-08:00) earn 1,550 yen per hour including the statutory deep-night premium for the 22:00-05:00 portion; late-night is restricted to applicants aged 18 and over.
