Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Toridoru Himeji Hanakita store, a Toridoll group family restaurant serving charcoal-grilled yakitori, karaage, and kamameshi rice dishes in Himeji, Hyogo. Duties include welcoming guests, cashier operations (touchscreen panel), yakitori cooking assistance (skewering, grilling, vegetable prep), dishwashing, and store cleaning — with all menu items covered by a complete recipe guide. The open kitchen layout lets you feel the energy of the dining floor while you cook, and a trainer is always available to answer questions. Shifts run on a weekly request basis within the 09:00 to 23:30 window; weekend and public holiday shifts earn 1,250 yen or more per hour; late-night from 22:00 earns a statutory 25% premium. Salary increases every 1,000 cumulative working hours (with a cap), and trainer promotion brings a rate up to 1,350 yen per hour. Staff meals (まかない makanai) of charcoal-grilled meats and other menu items are available at 120 yen per meal. Transport allowance up to 50,000 yen per month.
