Job Description:

This is a hotel room cleaning and bed making role at D-CUBE Akashi store in Akashi, Hyogo, covering daytime shifts from 09:00 to 17:00. You will clean guest rooms, make beds, replenish amenities and towels, and clean bathrooms and wet areas — no customer-facing duties, making this well suited for those who prefer quiet, focused work. Training runs for 3 months with a senior staff member always paired with you at the start; existing staff proactively check in on newcomers to ensure you feel supported. Shifts run 3 to 4 days per week with flexible scheduling — start and finish times are negotiable, and weekday-only schedules are available. Weekend and public holiday shifts earn an additional 20 yen per hour after training is completed. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is provided within company rules. Car, motorbike, and bicycle commuting are permitted with parking available.
