Job Description:

This is a deep-night office building cleaning role in Nakano-ku, Tokyo, a 5-minute walk from Nakano Station on the JR Chuo Line and Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. You will clean shared areas including entrance lobbies, corridors, stairwells, elevators, kitchenettes, and restrooms, as well as vacuuming and collecting rubbish from private office floors — all standard cleaning tasks requiring no prior experience. Shifts run from 23:00 to 06:30 (actual work 6.5 hours with 1-hour break) on a fixed schedule of 5 days per week, with weekends included in the rotation. The company is a Tokyo Tatemono Group member listed on the Prime Market, offering stable employment with a structured approach to staff welfare. A 50,000 yen loyalty bonus (定着祝金) is paid after 1 year of service for those working 5 or more days per week with an 80% or higher attendance rate. Attendance allowance (精勤手当) is also provided.
