Job Description:
This is an obanzai (prepared foods) cooking and plating role at a popular deli counter inside Shibuya Tokyu Food Show, a 1-minute walk from Shibuya Station. You will plate bento boxes and prepare simmered dishes, stir-fries, and seasonal sides including the store's signature sweet-spicy chicken wings — with up to 40 to 50 kilograms of chicken prepared on a single busy day. The pace is brisk but the variety of dishes and the steady rhythm mean shifts pass quickly for those who enjoy efficient, hands-on kitchen work. All standard and seasonal recipes are covered by thorough training, and questions are always welcome in this supportive team environment. Shifts run from 07:00 to 16:00 (8 hours actual work, 1-hour break), 3 to 5 days per week including weekends and public holidays. Prior cooking experience and high school graduation are required.
