Job Description:
This is a food and beverage industry placement service through Gran-Seize, a Shinjuku-based agency specialising exclusively in the food and hospitality sector, connecting staff with restaurant, cafe, bar, hotel, and catering roles across Tokyo and the surrounding prefectures. Roles available span front-of-house service, kitchen and cooking assistance, barista, dishwashing, and specialist positions such as sommelier, pastry chef, and bartender — from fast food to Michelin-starred restaurants. Shift options range from morning and lunch slots through to dinner and late-night, with day-only, weekend-only, single-day, and long-term arrangements all possible depending on the matched venue. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is paid in cash at the end of each shift directly at the venue — no ATM trip or office visit needed. A coordinator pre-checks each workplace's atmosphere, team dynamic, and client profile before making an introduction, so you know what to expect before you start. Experienced staff in sushi, teppanyaki, sommelier, or patisserie can receive preferential rates. A 15-minute online interview completes registration with no need to visit the office.
