Job Description:

This is a luxury residential condominium housekeeping role in Azabudai, Minato-ku, Tokyo, a 5-minute walk from Roppongi-Itchome Station. You will clean residents' rooms at their requested times, as well as clean vacant units before move-in and after move-out — covering housekeeping, deep cleaning, and turnover cleaning in a high-end building. Work is done in a team so questions are always easy to ask, and the building environment is clean, calm, and professional. Shifts run from 09:30 to 16:30 (break 45 minutes, actual work approximately 6.75 hours) on weekdays only, 1 to 4 days per week with weekends and public holidays off. As weekly hours are under 20, this position is open only to applicants who meet at least one of the following conditions: (1) aged 60 or over; (2) daytime student; (3) personal income from main employment exceeding 5 million yen in the previous year; or (4) household income of 5 million yen or more with the applicant's income being less than half of that total. Advance payment available upon request under company rules; standard monthly pay on the 15th of the following month.

Wage:

1,700円 (per hour) Overtime pay at 1.25x rate (shifts exceeding 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week); holiday allowance at 1.35x rate (7th day of week from Monday)
