Job Description:

This is a manufacturing role at an automotive interior parts factory, producing lightweight resin components such as floor carpets, ceiling panels, dashboard pads, and tailgate trims. Work involves setting felt and resin sheets into press machines, confirming procedures, pressing the start button, inspecting finished products, and boxing them for shipment. No heavy lifting is required as all parts are light resin materials, not metal components. The factory operates a two-shift rotation (2交替 ni-koutai): a day shift (8:10-17:10) and a night shift (20:20-05:20 overnight), each with a 60-minute break. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available on request (rules apply), and this is a dispatch (派遣 haken) placement through the agency. A minimum contract period of 3 months applies.

Wage:

1,500円 (per hour) Overtime pay at 1.25x rate (for work exceeding 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week). Holiday premium at 1.35x rate (7th day of the week counted from Monday). Advance payment available on request (rules apply).
