Job Description:

This is a light manufacturing role at a food factory that produces ready-made meals and side dishes for a major convenience store chain. Work involves preparing packaging materials such as containers and lids, calculating the quantities needed per product, and setting or collecting product label stickers at designated stations. There is no assembly line work and no customer contact — tasks are simple and repetitive, and easy to learn from day one. The factory maintains a comfortable temperature of around 20 degrees year-round. Two shift start times are available (7:00-15:45 or 7:30-16:15), each with a 60-minute break, and occasional overtime may occur. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available on request (rules apply), and this is a dispatch (派遣 haken) placement. A minimum contract period of 3 months applies.

Wage:

1,253円 (per hour) Overtime pay at 1.25x rate (for work exceeding 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week). Holiday premium at 1.35x rate (7th day of the week counted from Monday). Advance payment available on request (rules apply).
