Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Gifu Hashima Inter, located in Hashima City along the Meitetsu Takehana/Hashima Line corridor near the Gifu-Hashima interchange. Duties cover all standard convenience store operations including cashier work, product ordering, shelf merchandising, and cleaning. The store manager prioritises a supportive and easy-to-work-in environment, and new staff receive thorough, patient training (研修 kenshuu) until they feel confident at the register. Three shift slots are available: early morning (5:00-9:00), daytime (9:00-22:00), and night (22:00-05:00 overnight). Minimum commitment is just 1 hour per day and 1 day per week, making this suitable for second-job holders or those with limited availability. Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) include a deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) and are open to applicants aged 18 and over only under Japanese labour law.

Wage:
