Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Kure Kawajiri, a 3-minute walk from Aki Kawajiri Station on the JR Kure Line, located near Kawajiri Port along National Route 185. Duties cover all standard convenience store operations including cashier work, product ordering, shelf merchandising, and cleaning. The store has a warm, community-oriented atmosphere with many regular customers — the store manager and senior staff provide patient, step-by-step guidance so there is no need to learn everything at once. Three shift slots are available: early morning (5:00-9:00), evening (16:00-22:00), and night (22:00-05:00 overnight); night shift staff are especially needed right now. Night shifts (22:00-05:00) include a statutory deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) and are open to applicants aged 18 and over only under Japanese labour law. Promotion to full-time employee (正社員 seishain) is possible.

Wage:
