Job Description:

This is a registration-based bridal and banquet hall staff role serving wedding receptions and private parties at venues across Shizuoka Prefecture, with the registration address located near Mishima Station. Hall staff duties include serving food and drinks, guiding and directing guests, and general reception support; dishwashing and kitchen assistant roles (スチュワード suchiwaado) are also available depending on the day's venue and availability. An education coordinator accompanies new staff on their first shift, so no prior hospitality or bridal experience is needed — and you will naturally develop polished Japanese language skills and etiquette along the way. Shifts can be taken as needed between 08:00 and 22:00, with a minimum of 4 hours per shift and just 1 day per week required; weekend-only arrangements are welcome. Regular staff working 4-5 days a week receive priority placement and a higher starting rate of 1,600-1,700円/hour. Specific example venues include Heartfield (1,450円+), Gotemba Hotel (1,300円 + full transport + 800円 commuting allowance), and Atami Hotel (1,400円 + full transport + 2,500円 commuting allowance).
