Job Description:
This is a night-shift warehouse role handling goods destined for major chain stores, located in Natori City, Miyagi. Work involves picking products from a list, applying labels and stickers, sorting items, and packing them into cardboard boxes — all at your own pace with no assembly line pressure. Heavy lifting is minimal, and tasks follow a fixed procedure so new starters can get up to speed quickly, with full training and support from day one. The shift runs 21:00-06:00 (overnight) with a 1-hour break, 5 days a week; some flexibility within those hours is available on request. The entire shift falls within deep-night hours (深夜 shinya) so the statutory late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies throughout, bringing the effective rate to 1,437円/hour. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and advance payment (前払い maebarai) are both available, and car commuting is welcome.
