Job Description:

This is a packing and shipping role at a plastic film manufacturing facility in Tsuchiura City, Ibaraki. Work involves hand-packing plastic film rolls, preparing packed products for shipment, attaching product cores, and conducting quality checks — all simple, repetitive tasks that are quick to learn. There is no assembly line; the pace is self-directed and suited to those who prefer quiet, focused work. The shift runs 08:45-17:15 (7.5 hours actual work, 1-hour break) on weekdays, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off; early start shifts occur 2-4 times per month depending on production needs. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available, and car commuting is welcome. This is a long-term dispatch (派遣 haken) placement; short-term arrangements of around 1 month are also possible.

Wage:

1,350円 (per hour) Overtime rate (1.25x): approximately 1,688円/hour. Early start shifts occur 2-4 times per month (overtime premium applies).
