Job Description:

This is a food processing role at a produce facility in Hamada City, Shimane, handling seasonal vegetables and fruit — cutting, sorting by size and quality, and packing into trays and packages. Work is light, repetitive, and fully indoor, so it is not affected by weather and can be done comfortably year-round; no heavy lifting is involved. Three shift options are available: morning day shift (08:30-17:30 or 09:00-18:00) and overnight shift (20:30-05:30), each 8 hours with a 1-hour break; preferred time can be discussed at registration. Transportation (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully covered, and instant advance payment (即払い sokubara) allows part of your earned wages to be received as early as 5 days after the shift. This is a long-term dispatch (派遣 haken) placement through Techno Service; a dedicated coordinator supports you before and after starting, and a workplace visit is available in advance.
