Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Yoshinoya Sabae, a 24-hour gyudon fast food restaurant on National Route 8 in Sabae City, Fukui, a 12-minute walk from Sabae Station on the Happi Line Fukui. Hall staff take orders, serve food, and handle takeout and cashier operations; kitchen staff prepare and plate gyudon and other dishes. New starters begin on the hall floor, with step-by-step training over approximately 2 months — one task is fully learned before the next is introduced, so there is no pressure to absorb everything at once. Shifts are fully flexible within a 24-hour operating window, with a minimum of 3 hours per day and 2 days per week; weekend shifts are especially welcome. Deep-night shifts from 22:00 onwards attract a 25% premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate), bringing the rate to 1,375円/hour. Staff meals are available at 70% off during shifts, and personal takeout orders are discounted by 30% — family members can also use the takeout discount.
