Job Description:
This is a hall staff role at Shisha & Bar Chill Chiba, a newly opening shisha bar in central Chiba City, a 4-minute walk from Chiba Chuo Station on the Keisei Chiba Line. Duties include serving drinks, taking orders, and guiding guests on the shisha (水タバコ mizutabako) menu — no prior bar or shisha experience is needed, and all skills are taught one-on-one from day one as an opening team member. Two shift slots are available: evening (18:00-22:00) at 1,300円/hour, and night (22:00-05:00 overnight) at 1,600円-2,000円/hour; a minimum of 3 hours per shift and 1 day per week is all that is required. Cash-in-hand same-day payment (手渡し tewatashi) is available, so you receive your wages on the day you work. Applicants with shisha experience, large SNS followings, or English ability receive preferential treatment including higher starting pay. As work takes place in a smoking environment, applicants must be aged 20 or over.

Night shift (22:00-05:00): 1,600円-2,000円/hour (includes deep-night premium; higher rates for shisha experience, SNS reach, or English ability). Salary increase available.
