Job Description:

This is a plastic product sorting role at a clean, air-conditioned factory in Kota Town, Nukata District, Aichi, a 10-minute walk from Kouda Station on the JR Tokaido Main Line. Work involves sorting palm-sized plastic components into approximately 5 categories — products are light and small, so there is minimal physical strain and the role is easy to learn from day one. The shift runs 08:30-17:00 (7 hours actual work, 1-hour break) with no overtime whatsoever; Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are all off, plus GW, Obon, and year-end/new year long holidays. The workplace is predominantly staffed by women in their 20s-40s and is family-friendly, with flexibility for school events and children's illnesses. A company car loan scheme for commuting is available, and transportation is fully covered from day one of insurance enrollment. This is a dispatch (派遣 haken) placement with a 2-month trial period; promotion to full-time employee has been achieved by previous staff.

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Upper rate: 1,300円/hour (based on experience or skill). Salary increase available.
