Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Tempura Makino Himeji Hanada, a counter-style tempura restaurant operated by the Toridoll Group, located along National Route 2 near Hyogo Driving School, a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive from Gochaku Station. Duties include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, frying tempura (shrimp, vegetables, and more) in an open kitchen in front of customers, rice and miso soup preparation, cashier operations, dishwashing, and store cleaning — tasks are introduced one by one from simple steps like clearing tables and washing dishes. Detailed frying time manuals are provided (e.g. specific minutes per ingredient), so no cooking experience is needed to produce consistent, quality results. Weekday-only shifts (09:00-18:00) are available, with a minimum of 3 hours per day and 2 days per week; pay is calculated to the minute. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen per meal, and a Toridoll Group discount of up to 25% applies at group restaurants including Marugame Seimen for staff and their families. A family canteen scheme provides up to 5,000 yen per month per child (up to age 15) on a dedicated card for eligible staff.

Wage:

1,250円 (per hour) Pay calculated to the nearest minute. Clear salary increase system with performance evaluation. Bonus system available.
