Job Description:

This is a hotel room cleaning role at a recently renovated hotel in Minami Ward, Kyoto, a 5-minute walk from Jujo Station on the Kintetsu Kyoto Line. Duties include cleaning bathrooms and wet areas, managing and restocking amenities, vacuuming, and collecting waste — each room takes around 20 minutes once you are up to speed, and an on-site team leader provides OJT from day one. There is no customer interaction or phone work; staff focus entirely on their assigned cleaning area at their own pace. The shift runs 09:30-14:00 (4.5 hours, no overtime) and is available 2-4 days per week on a shift rotation; weekend-only arrangements (2-3 days/week with both Saturday and Sunday required) are also available. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment are both available, and transportation is fully covered. A 10,000-yen friend referral bonus (each for referrer and referee) is currently running.

Wage:

1,400円 (per hour) Salary increase based on length of service. Friend referral bonus: 10,000円 each for referrer and referee (max 20,000円 combined).
