Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Inabamachi Ikkei Tenjin Inachika, a Japanese-style izakaya in the basement of Tenjin Business Center, a 3-minute walk from Tenjin Station on the Fukuoka City Subway Airport Line — accessible even on rainy days. Hall duties include seating and guiding guests, taking orders via handheld terminal, serving food and drinks, and general table support; kitchen duties include dishwashing and simple plating assistance. The atmosphere is team-oriented and warm, with senior staff always nearby to help; a one-day trial shift is available before committing, making this particularly welcoming for first-time workers. Two shift windows are available: lunch (10:30-16:00) and dinner (18:00-23:00), with a minimum of 4 hours per shift and 2 days per week; weekend and evening slots are especially welcome. Deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00 (statutory 1.25x, 1,375円/hour), and free staff meals are provided. Hair colour, piercings, beards, and nails are all welcome.

Wage:
