Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Kichijoji Koen-dori, located a 5-minute walk from Kichijoji Station on the JR Chuo Line in Musashino City, Tokyo. Duties cover all standard convenience store operations including cashier work, product ordering, shelf merchandising, and cleaning; experienced staff can also take on creative POP display work and demand-led product ordering — making the role engaging beyond basic tasks. Four shift slots are available: morning (09:00-13:00), afternoon (13:00-17:00), evening (17:00-22:00), and overnight (00:00-09:00 overnight). Night shifts (22:00-05:00) include the statutory deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) at 1,533円/hour and are open to applicants aged 18 and over only under Japanese labour law. Transportation is covered at 400 yen per day (bicycle and motorcycle commuting allowed).
