Job Description:

This is a hotel common-area cleaning role at Hotel Royal Classic Osaka in Namba, a 1-minute walk from Osaka-Namba Station on the Kintetsu Namba Line. Work involves toilet inspection and cleaning of hotel shared facilities; female toilet cleaning is included in the scope. Two 4-hour shift slots are available — 15:00-19:00 or 17:00-21:00 — both on Fridays and Saturdays only; staff choose their preferred time slot and work 2 days per week with no overtime. Senior staff provide in-person training from day one, plus a 2-hour classroom orientation on joining; the 2-month training period runs at the same pay rate. Transportation is fully covered, and a 10,000-yen annual tenure bonus is provided for each year of continuous service; a 10,000-yen friend referral bonus is also available after the referred person completes 3 months.

Wage:
