Job Description:

This is a car-based patrol cleaning and inspection role for Times Parking car parks across the Kansai area, operated from the Yodogawa Ward office in Osaka, a 10-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. Work involves driving a company vehicle to assigned parking facilities, performing simple equipment cleaning, collecting abandoned items left in car parks, light weeding and branch trimming, and minor repairs — all tasks follow a checklist and manual, so no specialist knowledge is needed. Work is primarily solo, making it well-suited to those who prefer independent, focused tasks at their own pace; colleagues and supervisors are always available for support. The shift runs 09:00-17:00 (7 hours actual work, 1-hour break), Monday to Friday, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off and almost no overtime. A standard driving licence (AT acceptable) and regular driving experience are required; basic PC and tablet operation is also needed for the checklist system.

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Overtime pay applies as required. Salary increase available.
