Job Description:

This is an opening-team hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Kita-Shinsaibashi, a new udon restaurant scheduled to open in early September 2026 in the Shinsaibashi-suji Kita shopping arcade in Chuo Ward, Osaka — 6 minutes from Hommachi Station and 7 minutes from Shinsaibashi Station. Duties are divided across clear roles: clearing tables, dishwashing, cashier operations, and preparing udon, tempura, and rice dishes — tasks are introduced one at a time so there is no pressure to learn everything at once. As opening staff, you will be part of building the store's culture from day one, working alongside a team of all new colleagues. Shifts are drawn from the provisional 09:00-23:00 operating window, with a minimum of 3 hours per shift and 2 days per week; weekday-only and weekend-only arrangements are both available. Pay is calculated to the nearest minute, and staff meals are available at 120 yen for up to 800 yen worth of food per meal. A minimum contract period of 3 months applies.

Wage:
