Job Description:
Work in the open kitchen of Marugame Seimen, taking orders and cooking udon directly in front of customers. Other positions include frying tempura, preparing rice dishes such as inari, and handling the register or dishwashing area. No cooking or customer service experience is needed, as full training (研修 kenshuu) and recipes are provided. The store is inside the Utsunomiya PASEO building, just 3 minutes on foot from Utsunomiya Station. Shifts run under a free shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) with schedules submitted every week, and lunch-only, dinner-only or fixed-day patterns can be arranged. Staff meals (まかない makanai) let you eat items worth up to 800円 for just 120円, and a family canteen system is available for employees with children aged 15 or under. Hourly pay rises to 1,200円 from September, and late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25 percent applies after 22:00. Applicants who can work the dinner period are especially welcome.

25 percent hourly increase after 22:00. Special allowance of 50円 per hour on Saturdays, 50円 per hour on Sundays and 50円 per hour on public holidays. Hourly wage rises to 1,200円 from September, with the same rate on weekends and holidays. Salary increases available. Overtime work occurs.
