Job Description:
Work at a fresh fruit juice shop inside AEON Mall Shin-Rifu, serving customers and making juice to order. Duties include register work, explaining products, preparing and serving juice, prepping fruit in store, and cleaning. The shop uses a made-to-order system with ripe fruit selected for each drink, so care with the ingredients matters. No experience is needed, and senior staff give careful support during the 200 hour training (研修 kenshuu) period. Shifts fall between 12:00 and 21:30, with a minimum of 3 hours a day and 2 days a week, or 1 to 2 days for weekend-only applicants. Weekend and public holiday shifts are the main focus of this role and are especially welcomed. Applicants who want weekday shifts after 17:00 must be able to stay until closing, and availability during Golden Week, Obon and the new year period is expected. Uniform (制服 seifuku) is loaned and an employee discount is available.
Wage:
1,040円 (per hour)
Standard rate rises to 1,050円 or more per hour after the 200 hour training period, with the exact timing depending on progress. High school students earn 1,040円 during training and 1,050円 or more afterwards. Hourly rate may vary with experience and skill. A grading system based on annual personnel evaluation determines pay rises.
