Job Description:

Work as hall and kitchen staff at Marugame Seimen inside Yume Town Hatsukaichi. Duties include clearing the hall, dishwashing, register work, and cooking udon, tempura and rice dishes. Tasks are divided into clear positions so each job can be done efficiently, and you start from a position that suits you. Careful training (研修 kenshuu) and a full manual are provided, so first-time workers and those returning after a break can settle in easily. Shifts fall between 08:00 and 22:00 under a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei), with requests submitted weekly and days of 4 hours or fewer possible. Weekend-only or weekday-only patterns are both available. Staff meals (まかない makanai) let you eat items worth up to 800円 for 120円, and a family canteen system gives up to 10,000円 per month per child aged 15 or under. Pay is calculated to the minute, transport is covered up to 50,000円 a month, and staff aged from their teens to their 60s work here.
