Job Description:
Work at a cafe-style Yoshinoya in Hinonishi, Yokkaichi, where the interior and uniforms differ from a standard branch. The role covers both floor and kitchen work, including showing customers to seats, cooking and plating gyudon, and register duties. Video manuals are provided and instruction is given gradually, so people with no experience can start comfortably. The training (研修 kenshuu) period is 2 months at the same hourly rate, adjusted according to how quickly you pick things up. Early morning staff are especially needed right now, and those hours are calmer than the lunch and evening peaks, with more tidying and restocking than service. Shifts fall between 06:00 and 01:00, with a minimum of 3 hours a day and 2 days a week, and weekend-only or short shifts are possible. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are 70 percent off, takeaway is 30 percent off, and an employee discount of 30 percent applies outside work hours for you and your family. The store is a 7 minute walk from Nishi-Hino Station, and car and motorbike commuting are permitted.
