Job Description:
Work as hall and kitchen staff at a small stylish oyster and dining bar of around 20 seats in Urayasu, Chiba. Hall duties cover taking orders, making drinks and assisting with simple snacks, alongside kitchen support. No experience is needed, and a senior member of staff trains you one to one during the 1 month training (研修 kenshuu) period. The shop is small with customers of a wide range of ages, and music plays in a relaxed, stylish space. Two shift slots are offered: an early slot from 17:00 to 22:00 and a late slot from 22:00 to 02:00. Shifts are flexible from 2 days a week and 4 hours a day, up to 4 or 5 days a week at 6 to 8 hours for those wanting to earn more. Hair colour, hairstyle, nails, beards and piercings are all free, and a uniform (制服 seifuku) plus staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided. Cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) payment is available, along with daily and weekly payment options, and same-day hiring is possible.
Wage:
1,200円~1,500円 (per hour)
Late-night rate of 1,500円 or more per hour for the 22:00 to 02:00 slot. Salary increases available at any time according to experience. Example monthly income of 125,000円 based on 5 hours a day over 20 days.
