Job Description:

Work at a popular independent ramen shop in Fujimi, Saitama, now in its twentieth year. Duties cover opening preparation, taking orders, making drinks, helping with prep work, arranging toppings, serving food and drinks, and showing customers to their seats. Everything is taught carefully, so people with no experience can work here with confidence. Two shift blocks are offered: 10:00 to 15:00 and 17:30 to 22:00, with a monthly shift request system. You can work from just 1 day a week, and short shifts of 4 hours or fewer are fine. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided, including the shop's signature miso tsukemen, and the evening menu has plenty of small dishes. Hair colour, hairstyle, piercings and beards are all free, and a uniform (制服 seifuku) is loaned. Cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) payment is available along with daily and weekly payment, transport is fully covered, and the shop is a 2 minute walk from Mizuhodai Station.
