Job Description:
Clean the common areas of an office building in Minamisemba, Chuo ward, Osaka. Duties cover cleaning toilets and kitchenettes, corridors, stairs, the entrance and the smoking area. No complicated cleaning equipment is used, and full training is given by an instructor when you join. You choose between two morning shifts: 07:00 to 10:30 or 08:00 to 11:30, at 3.5 hours a day. Work is 5 days a week on a fixed shift, with Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays off and no overtime. Staff of all ages work here, including people in their 60s and 70s, and no experience is needed. A long service award of 10,000円 is paid each year, and a referral bonus of 10,000円 applies when someone you introduce stays 3 months. Transport costs are fully covered, a uniform (制服 seifuku) is loaned, and the building is a 4 minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station.
