Job Description:
Work as hall staff at a newly opened concept cafe in Sotokanda, Chiyoda ward, Tokyo. Duties cover serving customers, food and drink service, and reception work in a calm cafe setting. The shop is completely alcohol-free for staff, there are no quotas or penalties, and no exchanging of personal contact details with customers. Most current staff started with no experience, and support is available whenever you have questions. Shifts run 15:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and 13:00 to 22:00 at weekends and public holidays, from 1 day a week and 4 hours a day. Last orders are at 22:00, so there is no worry about last trains, and shift requests are fully accommodated around study or a second job. An original butterfly-themed costume is loaned free of charge with no revealing designs, and there are private changing rooms and lockable personal lockers. Cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) payment is available along with daily and weekly payment, various bonuses apply, and a trial shift can be arranged.

1,500円～3,000円 (per hour)
Various bonus systems available, with higher rates during long holiday periods. Salary increases available. Example monthly earnings of 400,000円 to 500,000円 for staff working 5 days a week at 8 hours a day, including bonuses.
