Job Description:
Clean an office building in Minamihorie, Nishi ward, Osaka. Duties cover vacuuming and rubbish collection inside the building, cleaning toilets and kitchenettes, and cleaning the entrance and stairs. No complicated cleaning equipment is used, and an instructor gives training when you join. Two patterns are available: 06:45 to 09:45 at 3 hours a day, or 06:45 to 14:45 for longer hours, with Wednesday hours differing slightly. You can choose either 6 days a week Monday to Saturday with social insurance, or 5 days a week Monday to Friday without. Sundays and public holidays are off, or Saturdays too on the 5 day pattern, and there is no overtime. Staff of all ages work here including people in their 70s, and the team is small at two people. Transport costs are fully covered, a uniform (制服 seifuku) is loaned, and the site is a 5 minute walk from JR Namba Station.
Wage:
1,180円 (per hour)
Long service award of 10,000円 for each year of service. Referral bonus of 10,000円 when an introduced worker completes 3 months. Example monthly income of 103,840円 based on 22 hours a week over four weeks.
