Job Description:

Convenience store staff work at a Seven-Eleven branch inside the Utsunomiya Terrace complex, covering customer service, register work, restocking shelves and keeping the store clean. You will also handle utility bill payments, parcel drop-offs and in-store pickup services, all of which are taught step by step after joining. The store is a three-minute walk from Utsunomiya Station and is directly connected to the station building, making it easy to reach in any weather. Shifts run from 09:00 to 17:00 and both the number of days per week and the daily hours are negotiable, so the schedule can be built around school, family or another job. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided from the first day and no previous experience is needed. High school students are accepted at the same base rate, and staff from teenagers through to middle-aged workers are welcome. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid up to a fixed amount, and commuting by car, motorbike or bicycle is permitted. Social insurance, a staff discount club, pay rises and a route to franchise ownership are all available for long-term staff.

Wage:

1,068円 (per hour) Salary increase available. High school students receive the same rate of 1,068円 per hour.
