Job Description:

Breakfast restaurant work at Dormy Inn Takamatsu, covering simple cooking, refilling buffet dishes, serving, dishwashing and preparation. Tasks include cooking rice, cutting fruit, plating salads and setting out local speciality dishes before the buffet opens at 06:30. Knife skills are not needed and positions are assigned each morning, so the work stays varied without ever becoming difficult. New staff have a senior member beside them for the first five days, so people with no experience or a long career break can start comfortably. Shifts run from 05:00 to 14:00 with examples such as 05:00 to 10:00 or 09:00 to 14:00, and you can work from two days a week and three hours a day. Rosters are submitted monthly, 15 days before the shift period starts, and there is no overtime. Staff meals (まかない makanai) cost 200 yen per meal, and after finishing work you can use the hotel onsen bath and sauna. Part-time staff also receive a bonus twice a year, a new year allowance, paid leave after six months and a uniform (制服 seifuku) on loan.

Wage:

1,150円以上 (per hour) The same hourly rate applies during the training period. Bonus paid twice a year and a new year holiday allowance is provided. Monthly income examples: 69,000 yen at 5 hours across 3 days a week, 92,000 yen at 5 hours across 4 days a week, and 184,000 yen at 8 hours across 5 days a week.
