Job Description:

Convenience store staff work at a Lawson branch in Hikino-cho, Fukuyama, on the early morning shift. Duties include register work, customer service, product display, restocking, cleaning and simple food preparation. Careful training (研修 kenshuu) and support from senior staff mean first-time workers and those returning after a break settle in quickly.
