Job Description:
Picking work with frozen foods at a logistics warehouse in Funabashi, alongside inspection, packing and sorting duties. The role is active and physical, and senior staff support you throughout, so people with no experience can start comfortably. Applicants with hands-on picking experience are particularly welcome. Hours are 08:30 to 17:00 with Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays off according to the company calendar, plus long holiday breaks. There is plenty of overtime, which suits anyone wanting to build up earnings. There is a possibility of being taken on directly by the client company, and the agency supports you through that process. An advance payment service (前払い maebarai) lets you receive part of your earned wages on a daily basis, with the shortest turnaround being five days. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in full, commuting by car or motorbike is permitted, a staff canteen is available and a uniform (制服 seifuku) is loaned.
