Job Description:
Hall and kitchen work at Hakatago, a private room izakaya opening on 4 September two minutes from Kashiwa Station, recruiting its first intake of staff. Hall duties are greeting and seating customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payment, clearing tables and cleaning the restaurant. Kitchen duties are simple cooking support such as cutting ingredients, making drinks, plating dishes and washing up. Nothing here is difficult and everyone starts at the same time, which makes it a comfortable place for a first job. Shifts fall between 14:00 and 00:00, from three days a week and three hours a day, with requests submitted every one to two weeks. Weekend-only patterns, late starts and finishing in time for the last train are all accommodated. Wages can be paid in cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) if you prefer, and borrowing against earned wages is possible under company rules. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are free, a uniform (制服 seifuku) is loaned, hair colour, nails and piercings are all fine, and transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid up to 1,200 yen a day.
Wage:
1,140円~1,350円 (per hour) Hours from 22:00 are paid at a 25 percent premium. Training rate from 1,140円, varying with experience and ability. Salary increase available.
