Job Description:
Sample handout and sales promotion work at a popular sweets shop inside Shin-Yokohama Station. The main duties are offering samples to shoppers, calling out to attract customers and promoting the products. There is no register work at all, which makes this a comfortable place to start even without retail experience. You will also restock products, keep track of stock levels, prepare and clear away the sample counter and take out rubbish. Two shift patterns run, an early shift from 08:00 to 17:00 and a late shift from 10:00 to 19:00, with 7 hours 50 minutes of actual work and a 70 minute break. You work three to five days a week on a rotation that includes Saturdays and Sundays, and this is a full-time position so shorter days are not available. The assignment is short-term, running from your start date to 31 October. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in full, overtime is paid, a uniform (制服 seifuku) and locker are provided and there is a non-smoking break room.
Wage:
1,500円 (per hour)
Overtime paid. Income example of 211,410円 plus full transport allowance based on 7 hours 50 minutes across 18 working days.
