Job Description:

Cooking assistance at a licensed nursery in Nakagawa, preparing and serving meals for around 180 children. The kitchen produces roughly 240 meals a day with a team of five or six staff. No qualifications are required and applicants with a cook's or dietitian's licence are also welcome, so people returning after a break can apply. Two shift patterns run, 08:00 to 15:30 and 09:00 to 16:30, both six hours of actual work with a 60 minute break. Work is Monday to Friday only from three days a week, with Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays off. The new year period from 29 December to 3 January is also a holiday, and there are no night shifts at all. The site is near Hakata-Minami Station with a bus stop close by, and car commuting is permitted with free parking. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in full separately, and the nursery places importance on creating a homely environment.
