Job Description:
Hall and kitchen work at Sumigakure Yotsuba, an izakaya opening on 8 September in Uomachi, Kokura, recruiting its first intake of staff. You start on the hall getting used to the atmosphere, serving customers and bringing out drinks and dishes, then move on to kitchen work. Kitchen duties are simple plating and preparation, and the most important part of the job is greeting customers with energy and a smile. Both experienced and first-time applicants are welcome, and there are no required qualifications. Opening hours run from 14:00 to 24:00 and you can work from one day a week and three hours a day, with rosters made every two weeks. Saturday-only or weekday-only patterns are fine, there is no overtime, and everyone helps cover each other's shift changes. Wages are paid in cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi), so you feel the reward straight away. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided, a uniform (制服 seifuku) is loaned, and hair style, hair colour, nails, piercings and beards are all free.

1,100円以上 (per hour) Rate varies with experience and skill. Salary increase available. Monthly income examples of 44,000円 at 5 hours across 2 days a week, or 176,000円 at 8 hours across 5 days a week.
