Job Description:
Convenience store staff work at a Lawson branch in Echika Ikebukuro, one minute from Ikebukuro Station on the Fukutoshin line. Duties include register work, customer service, product display, restocking, cleaning and simple food preparation. Careful training (研修 kenshuu) and support mean first-time workers and those new to convenience stores can start with confidence. Recruitment covers the morning slots, either 06:00 to 12:00 or 07:00 to 12:00, so the rest of the day stays free. You can work from one day a week and two hours a day, and weekday-only patterns are fine. Being right by the station makes the commute easy in rain, summer heat or winter cold, and a bus stop is close by too. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid up to 1,500 yen a day, and full social insurance applies. Benefits include accommodation and sports facility subsidies, medical checkup and qualification support and congratulatory payments, and international students are welcome.
