Job Description:
Convenience store staff work at a FamilyMart branch in Nishi-Nippori, five minutes on foot from Nippori Station. Duties cover all general store work: register operation, product ordering, arranging the sales floor and cleaning. What matters most here is a bright greeting, and staff who could barely say hello at first have become the faces customers ask for by name. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided and both first-time workers and experienced applicants are welcome. Three time slots are available: 06:00 to 09:00, 17:00 to 22:00 and the full overnight run from 22:00 to 07:00. You can work from two days a week, three hours a day on the day slots or five hours on the overnight. The overnight rate is 1,533 yen including the late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate), with 1,301 yen for the 06:00 to 07:00 stretch. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid up to 500 yen a day, a uniform (制服 seifuku) is loaned and bicycle commuting is permitted.

The 22:00 to 07:00 overnight slot pays 1,533円 including the late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate), with 1,301円 for the 06:00 to 07:00 stretch. The same rates apply during training. High school students receive the same rate on the day slots. Salary increase available.
