Job Description:

Guest room cleaning at Hotel Lotus Shibuya, run by the Best Delight Group, eight minutes on foot from Shibuya Station. Duties are vacuuming rooms, cleaning bathrooms, making beds and restocking amenities. Rooms are handled by teams of three, so you are never working alone, and a senior member of staff stays beside you until you have the routine. 93 percent of staff started with no experience at all, and applicants with a long career break settle in quickly thanks to the support system. Two shift patterns run, 09:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 00:00, from three days a week with start and finish times negotiable. Long shifts are welcomed for anyone wanting to earn steadily, and there is no overtime. Hours from 22:00 carry a 25 percent premium taking the rate to 1,625 yen, and pay rises come as earned. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid up to 20,000 yen a month with petrol costs an option, a uniform (制服 seifuku) is loaned and hair style is free.

Wage:
